Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist

We are now hiring an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist in our Roanoke, VA office!

Blue Ridge Color Company, Inc. is a distributor of automotive collision repair supplies headquartered in Roanoke, VA. We have distribution centers in VA, MD, TN, SC, and NC.

The Administrative Support Assistant will be performing, including but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Customer data entry for purposes of accurate reporting
  • Vendor data entry for purposes of accurate reporting
  • Data entry and reporting for all distribution centers
  • Assist with month end closeout reports
  • Help maintain customer database
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Calling and/or emailing customers as necessary in order to update accounts
  • Track and process moneys due from vendors
  • Scan documents into the electronic filing system

Skills:

  • Honesty and reliability
  • Team-oriented, Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Requirements:

  • Hours of operation are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday
  • No weekends
  • Applicant must pass a criminal background check
  • Pre-hire drug screening
