We are now hiring an Automotive Paint Store Assistant Manager at our Roanoke, VA location.
Blue Ridge Color Company, Inc. is a distributor of automotive collision repair supplies headquartered in Roanoke, VA. We have distribution centers in VA, TN, SC, and NC. We are a growing company.
Duties include opening and closing of the store, answering the phone, counter sales, pulling and filling orders, invoicing, directing drivers, daily deposits, supervising warehouse assistants, managing inventory, and checking-in and putting away freight. BRCC’s work environment is excellent with a very clean warehouse. There is opportunity to grow and move up in the company.

Position Requirements:
- Valid and clean Driver’s License
- Hours of operation are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Applicant must pass a criminal background check
- Pre-hire drug screening
